The project is mixed-used of residential and commercial building. Given the lot's width of less than three meters, the proposed design brings the challenge of maximizing small spaces to integrate the client's way of living. The assessment of this project is based on four stages; Schematic design, Development design, Contract documentation, and a final folio booklet and model.

A sketch design proposal working with T'sign architecture firm, it was a sketch 3D visual proposal for an upcoming development authority meeting.
Petaling Jaya. 2011
Situated in one of the oldest parts of KL. The proposed design is to be a low-cost social housing. Several residential typologies were designed into this project as well as a communal area for the residences and public.
Social Housing
Kota Kinabalu. 2010
This housing was a design proposal for a client wanting to build it for his extended family. This plot of land has potentials as it is located near the beachside of tanjung aru, a prominent beach area in kota kinabalu. However the plot of land was in a rectangular shaped, and unfortunately the building is facing East and West to maximize land use. The intention was to create a louvered facade that compliments sustainable and modular lightweight construction to shade the building.
